Want to keep in touch with what’s going on at the State Library easily and quickly? We have several RSS feeds on our website that will inform you about events, updates, classes, news, new books, and more here at the State Library.

On our -new- Services to State Employees webpage, we now have a “News for State Employees” section that will announce upcoming events and other items of interest. If you click on the RSS button above the news section, you can subscribe to the RSS feed and have posts come directly to you! For more information on subscribing to RSS feeds, visit our help page.

Our new blog, Beyond the Lions, also has an RSS feed that you can subscribe to for discussions of:

The fine folks at the Ideas Sandbox blog have a great quick tip on how to make meetings more effective and not just another hour drain on your valuable time. Result-Based Agendas in meetings focus on the results hopefully gained from the meeting, rather than a set time schedule. Subscribe to the Ideas Sandbox blog for more ideas “to help you think and work more creatively.” They also have a monthly email newsletter on various topics to help make you a more creative problem solver.
